How to Set Up Email on iPhone Mail App

What You Need Before Starting:

•    Your full email address (e.g., user@domain.com)
•    Your email password (as provided)
•    Your control panel password (optional for managing your email)

Step-by-Step Setup Guide:

1.    Open Settings on your iPhone.
2.    Scroll down and tap Settings > Apps > Mail.
3.    Tap Mail Accounts.
4.    Tap Add Account.
5.    Choose Other at the bottom.
6.    Tap Add Mail Account.

Enter Your Email Info:

•    Name: Your name (this is what recipients will see)
•    Email: user@domain.com
•    Password: [Your email password]
•    Description: Anything you like (e.g., “Work Email”)

Tap Next.

Incoming Mail Server Settings (Choose IMAP):

•    Host Name: mail.domain.com
•    Username: user@domain.com
•    Password: [Your email password]
•    Use SSL: ✅ ON
•    Port: 993 for IMAP (or 995 for POP, but IMAP is recommended)

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):

•    Host Name: mail.domain.com
•    Username: user@domain.com
•    Password: [Your email password]
•    Use SSL: ✅ ON
•    Port: 465

Tap Next, and your iPhone will verify the settings.

Final Step:

Once verified, tap Save. Your email is now set up and ready to use in the Mail app.
