Strict Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for Shared Hosting and Email Services

Core Policy

This AUP defines rules for using our shared hosting and email services. Compliance is mandatory. Violations may result in suspension or termination without warning or refund.

Illegal Activity: No hacking, phishing, fraud, or illegal content distribution.

Zero Tolerance for Spam: Unsolicited bulk emails are strictly prohibited.

Excessive Resource Consumption: Scripts or processes that overload servers may be suspended.

Email Abuse & Mass Mailing: Mass emails or campaigns require written approval.

Data Centers & Security

Our infrastructure is designed for maximum security, stability, and isolation.

Features include cPFence DDoS Protection, WAF WP AutoShield®, Owl AutoMySQL®, real-time malware blocking, bot protection, and AI-driven threat detection.

Statistics: 14M+ Virus Signatures, 390k Blocked Abusive IPs, 750M Web Attacks Blocked Last Year.

Dedicated cgroups ensure strict resource isolation. Root access is restricted, and cybersecurity logging ensures safe operations for all clients.

Prohibited Activities

Bulk emailing or SMTP abuse is forbidden.

Pornographic, pirated, or unlicensed content is not allowed.

Cryptocurrency mining (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero) is prohibited.

Hosting extremist, violent, or hateful content is strictly forbidden.

High CPU/I/O load processes on shared hosting are not permitted.

Excessive cron jobs or PHPMail/script abuse with insecure configurations are prohibited.

Email Communication & Liability

Clients must maintain secure accounts. WCORS is not liable for unauthorized or fraudulent activities. Regular password updates and account maintenance are required to prevent abuse.

This policy may be updated without notice. Continued use of services indicates agreement with the latest version.
